Your health and the health of our community are important to us. During operational hours we are taking precautions to help facilitate a safe environment.

• All individuals (patients and staff) are screened for illness before entering the office. If you have any symptoms including, but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, vomiting, diarrhea, or body aches, please call our office and reschedule your appointment. For your safety and others, we will be taking your temperature to ensure you do not have a fever above 100.4 degrees F.
• Masks are utilized by all staff.
• Strict sanitization and disinfection protocols published by the CDC and ADA are followed.
• Please only bring someone with you if absolutely necessary (driver, guardian, etc.).
